1. Blocks of Wood + Paint

2. Recycled Cans

Recycle your old cans and refresh them with a few coats of spray paint. The ribbed sides of the cans add texture and the possibilities are endless and affordable!

3. Rubber Bands

Add a variety of colored rubber bands to clear glass vases for a quick, easy and mess free centerpiece. Add in a few floral stems, and you’ve got yourself a cute centerpiece!

4. Wine Bottles

Wine bottles are a great way to add height to your table. Spray paint the bottles all one color or mix and match to add more depth and character. Either way, you’ve got a beautiful centerpiece and some awesome height.

5. Dipped Glass

Cool off this summer with a fun cocktail for you and your friends and family to enjoy. We have put together five recipes for you to try! If you try one, make sure to let us know how you like it!

1. Pineapple Cooler

What you need:

4 cups pineapple chunks, chilled
1 1/2 cups ice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup rum

What you do:

1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Garnish with a pineapple round, lime wedge, and sprig of mint!
For a sweeter drink, add in simple syrup!

2.Blueberry Lime Margaritas

What you need:

¼ cup Blueberry Simple Syrup
¼ cup Fresh Lime juice
4 ounces Grand Marnier
4 ounces Tequila
Blueberry Simple Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup blueberries

What you do:

1. For the Blueberry Syrup: Bring everything to a simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Strain the syrup through a chinoise and reserve juice. Discard the blueberries.
3. Chill the syrup.
4. To make the drink, combine ice, the syrup, the lime juice and the liquor in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigourously and then pour into a chilled ice filled glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

3. Pineapple Strawberry Mint Sangria

What you need:

750 ml bottle of semi dry white wine (I HIGHLY recommend Phebus Torrontes Argentina white wine)
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup silver rum
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup simple syrup
1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup diced strawberries
3-4 sprigs mint, gently squeezed with hands to release the oils

What you do:

Add all ingredients to a pitcher, stir, and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld. Pour over Ice and garnish with additional fruit & mint if desired.

4. Vodka Watermelon Frosty

What you need:

2 1/4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
2 shots vodka
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 lemon, squeezed (or a few drops of lemon juice concentrate)
1/2 banana
Little bit of water or juice if needed to blend (depends on how frozen your watermelon is)

What you do:

Blend all ingredients together in blender and garnish with frozen watermelon rind.

5. Coconut Strawberry Delight

What you need:

1 cup (250ml) of fresh coconut water
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries hulled and sliced
3 T of sugar syrup or agave nectar
1 shot (as much as you like) of white rum *optional

What you do:

1.To make the sugar syrup you need to boil sugar and water together in a ratio of 1:3 sugar to water, and boil in until it thickens to a runny syrup consistency. Store in a jar for all future cocktail making. It pretty much lasts forever.
2. Cut open the coconut, or if you are lucky enough to live in a country that sells fresh coconut water in a bottle, measure one cup. Add the strawberries, sugar syrup and rum and blend with a blender.
3. Serve with loads of ice.
