We had such an amazing time preparing for this year’s 2015 Barn Dance and an even better time executing it. Wendy and Kelly were Co-Chairs of the event and are looking forward to another fun year of planning for the 2016 dance. This year’s theme was “Wide Open Spaces”. With that being said, we were so thankful there were not “wide open spaces” when it came to chairs. The event was SOLD OUT! We are so grateful for all of those who worked with us hand in hand to make this event a success. Money was raised, friendships were built and a lot of boots were on the dance floor. We hosted Gary P. Nunn as our special guest and entertainer. He did an awesome job and we were so pleased with his performance and engagement with the crowd. A huge thanks to Gary! We partnered with Arthouse Floral Design for the centerpieces that made up of birch wrapped herbs, succulents and gorgeous white mixture of floral. Thank you Jennifer for your time, contribution and expertise for this event. The centerpieces were a hit and really captured the theme of the event. We filled our bellies with amazing food from CJ’s Catering out of Georgetown. The food was delicious and of course the banana pudding with macadamia nut cookies was a huge hit as always. There are so many more people that made this event possible. We will post another blog with all the credits and professional images. Until then, we wanted to share some of the snap shots we took via iPhones, so please excuse the quality but we are too excited and can’t wait to share.
This was just a little sneak peek of the 2015 Ride on Center for Kids Barn Dance. What an amazing organization and what an am amazing event it was! Once again, thank you to all who were involved and for all those who came out to support!
